SCIENTIFIC ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE RULES
All scientific works to be presented at the congress must be of a nature that will be useful for scientific development and literature in the field of pediatrics and must have a final message. The authors' names, surnames and workplaces must be indicated in the abstracts. One responsible author must be selected in the abstracts, and the email address and contact number must be written, and the presentation form (oral/poster) must be indicated when sending.
Thesis submission deadline: 05.12.2025
Thesis prepared in accordance with the rules must be sent to the email address [email protected] by 05.12.2025. Acceptance letters will be sent by email to authors deemed worthy of the presentation. Abstracts sent after December 5, 2025 will not be accepted.
Authors of accepted abstracts are required to register for the congress by 05.12.2025. Abstracts of responsible authors who have not registered by this date will not be placed in the program booklet.
Evaluation of scientific works:
Scientific works The names and workplaces of the authors of the abstracts sent by the Scientific Committee will be evaluated confidentially. The Scientific Committee has the right to decide whether the abstracts will be presented in the form of an oral or poster presentation and to change the presentation format. It is important for authors to carefully read the letter sent regarding the evaluation results and to prepare themselves with the decision. Abstracts will be published in the “Congress” booklet.
REQUIREMENTS FOR WRITING ABSTRACTS:
• Abstracts will be collected online at [email protected];
• Abstracts can be written in Azerbaijani and English;
• One person can be a speaker in a maximum of 2 abstracts, including 1 oral and 1 poster or 2 posters;
• Academic titles should not be used in names when writing. The first letter of the author's name and surname should be capitalized, the rest should be lowercase;
• The thesis should be structured as objective, materials and methods, results and discussion. In patient presentations, the sequence should be objective, patient presentation and result;
• At least 3 and a maximum of 6 keywords should be used before the thesis submission is completed;
• It should not exceed 300 words, excluding abstracts, title and authors' names. The title should describe the research;
• Tables, pictures, graphs can be used in theses;
• In order to receive a certificate, it is important that the person who will present his scientific research in person at the date and time specified in the program;
• A thesis that does not comply with any of these items will be excluded from evaluation.
