• It is ideal as a first food because it is soft and easy to mash.
• Initially, it should be given in small amounts, as a single food.
• The risk of allergy is very low.
4 How should it be given?
• 6–8 months: Mashed with a fork to make a puree.
• 9–12 months: Can be given as small soft slices as "finger food."
• No additional salt, sugar, or spices should be added
.• Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Remember, avocado can be part of a balanced diet, but it should not be used as a sole food. Its benefits are greater when consumed along with fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein groups.
